Products purchased directly from Cocky Culture are ONLY available as OTA installations (Over the Air). You must have an internet/data plan on your device in order to install your purchase.
When making a purchase make sure your device OS (Operating System) is compatible with the product you are purchasing.
We can only provide download links and access your account on purchases made through our online store. If you place an order through a providers App Store or through an online resource outside of the www.Mobihand.com network you will need to contact the specific storefront for assistance.
Refund Policy
Do to the nature of OTA installations, unless there is an issue with the software itself, I can’t offer a refund for a purchase so make sure to ask any questions you may have ahead of time.

How do I purchase and install your products?
If you purchase software from our online store it’ll be installed OTA (Over the Air) and can be installed by following the link you received in your installation email directly.
How do I upgrade my BlackBerry?
Download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager onto your computer and connect your device.
I switched to a different BlackBerry, can I get a new version of my purchase for my new device?
Yes. you can either log into your account HERE or Send us a request using our contact form and we’ll switch your order to the correct version.
I purchased the wrong version for my device, can you fix my order?
Yes, just email us.
How do i activate my new theme?
Just go to the theme section on your device.
